« 4 tentatives pour obtenir une chambre vide ou fonctionnelle »
L’emplacement. Le petit déjeuner offert à cause de leur gestion si TERRIBLE de leurs clients.
Remise des clés au check-in -> nous allons dans la chambre et là surprise : elle était occupée !!! les affaires de l’occupant était là nous aurions pu repartir avec sa tablette etc….SCANDALEUX ! Nous retournons à l’accueil pour râler alors une 2nd chambre « upgrade » nous est attribuée -> le robinet de cette 2nd chambre était cassé ! (alors que le manager venait de nous dire que cet étage était refait à neuf ce qui justifiait « l’upgrade »…. Nous redescendons donc à l’accueil et une 3eme chambre est attribuée -> avec 2 lits simples alors que nous voyagions en couple….. re-re-re-tournons à l’accueil pour enfin obtenir une chambre fonctionnelle ! 4 tentatives, + de 1h passée pour un check-in ! Horrible expérience pour un « 5 étoiles ». Cela fait peur de voir que des chambres occupées peuvent etre attribuée à d’autres clients qui peuvent donc s’y rendre sans surveillance….nous n’étions pas rassurés lors de notre séjour ! Le manager nous a dit que c’était parce qu’il y avait beaucoup de nouveaux employés…..mais la robinetterie défaillante et l’attribution d’une chambre avec lits simple a n’a rien à voir avec ça. Du jamais vu….. Lors de notre check-out nous avons surpris une conversation d’une employée de l’hôtel qui proposait à une cliente de se rendre dans sa « nouvelle » chambre qui était prête et la cliente qui a répondu « non non je viens de voir quelqu’un sortir de cette chambre elle n’est pas prête ». Visiblement ce genre de mésaventure est récurrent… l’hôtel reste globalement de bon standing mais nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel à nos proches. Une gestion qui fait honte au nom « Le Meridien »
